 KR-2s premolded wings skins are made of high temperature epoxy-based prepregs and all high temperature core materials. The parts are vacuum bagged and oven cured.

The skins for the stub wings fit perfectly after the spars have been sanded to shape.


The wing skin kit comes in 14 skin sections. Double joggles molded into the skins ensure easy alignment with one another. Two layers of BID tape will complete the joint.


The outer skin sections are light weight and extremely strong. They feature precut ailerons and integral fuel tanks.
